@Chamezosavvas I use a coarse sanding paper (60 grit) and sand down the inside of the cavity until enlarged. Another trick is to carve the desired shape of the bulb out of foam larger than the original and use that for your plaster form. Coat the foam bulb with petrolium gel, and submerge halfway into the newly poured plaster until cured. This will let you form the new bulb without having to enlarge the mold.

Why not try making your own. Make a plaster form of your existing keel bulb. When cured, shave out some of the plaster to make the bulb larger. Melt some lead (auto tire weights, or disingenuous weights). Shave the new bulb to form, paint & install. The new bulb should be a little larger than the original. There are some good books to show in more detail how this is done. Good weekend project.

@zkenzo this is actually a great idea! but how will i find the proper plaster?

@Chamezosavvas Regular plaster of paris, the standard white stuff you mix with water. (available usually at craft stores or hardware stores), and pour into a mold box. Suspend one side of the bulb into the plaster until hard.(coat the bulb with petrolium gel for release). MAKE SURE THE PLASTER IS COMPLETELY DRY BEFORE POURING THE MELTED LEAD!! You'll need to pour each side of the bulb and epoxy together around the keel. Don't forget to enlarge the plaster mold to get a larger and heavier bulb.

It appears this boat is overpressed in light air. Could use more ballast.

@zkenzo yes i agree with this.i am trying to figure out a way to increse the bulb weight without ruining the hydrodynamic shape.
there are ofc aftermarket opitons(longer keels) online
