  • @songbirdsmile I think that the dry blade container does a much better job than the wet blade. You can see the vitamix website where they do it easily.

  • Notice he blends the avo pits mostly on the lower setting, messing around with the speed until the pits pieces settled in the blender...THEN he flicks high on a few times for maybe a second, then he's done. The variable speed feature is not required, but only for convenience--he could have done it on high the whole time. In his Blendtec avo pit video, he did it on high for a long time! And no, I don't sell Vita-Mixes (I should, though!) I'm just saying, make it a fair, honest comparison.
