i dont know of anyone that has got into that situation im only 16 so i dont drive yet

but i do feel for the ppl that do get stopped its wrong for them to stop the wrong ppl and even search hem

racial profiling, is simple actually. There should be no need for any highway patrol to check if someone is actually a citizen, legal and is carrying a passport with them at all. Most people don't carry their passport around regardless of where they go. And it's obvious that one is legal when you can go back and forth between Canada and US since only legal residents/citizens can.

Common sense is all and the situation was completely unnecessary.
