Speaking of "wrong", the day after 9/11, Bush asked Richard Clarke (NSA): "Who did it?" - The next day Clarke answered with a report that said (essentially) "Al Qaeda". - The day after that, Clarke got back his report with the words: "Wrong Answer!" written across the front.
WRONG ANSWER! - @#$%#%! The Bush administration was DETERMINED to establish a military presence in Iraq.

The ONLY reason that other countries backed the US invasion of Iraq was the diplomatic intimidation put on them by BUSH/CHENEY and the BUYING of their support. NO ONE with an ounce of sense would have RUSHED to invade Iraq. EVEN if Saddam had WMDs which it is clear now and suspected then that he did NOT, there was STILL ABSOLUTELY NO NEED to rush it as BUSH did. Wrong war at the wrong time, fought the wrong way from a defective, criminal president.
If Bush/Cheney hadn't pulled troops from Afghanistan to start a war against a country that was no threat to the US; then Obama wouldn't have to clean up after Bush and Cheney now.

Was Cheney "afraid" and "dithering" when it came to his own military service? I think he was.
