day 1 of 60 day water fast (updates every Sunday)

Just starting 60 day water fast for extreme weight loss. I weight 190 5'3. I'm a carb addict and have lost all control, just like an alcoholic. @langstonwilde25 It's where you drink only water with no food for your desired days! It's not starvation it gets the toxins and wash the fat out of your body. It can also heal certain things like... high blood pressure, high blood sugar in diebetics type 2 and helps restar your body completley you also will shed some weight while doing it. it;s also in the bible if you are a believer. check it out online before you do it.
