@RascarDK that's because els goes tits-up at times when using the police computer, and the suspect name has the "m" "u" and "i" letters in the name.

Remap your els buttons like I did. I had the same problem. Now my lights are mapped to
Page up-primary
Page down- secondary
End - tkdowns
Alt+Delete opens the els console. Fixes all your problems with the police computer
