xin build up is better if you use threads strength, vanguard, radiance and eterial coz its nice combo xin is a low armor... its a paper hero but if you use vanguard it make him good in battle hard to kill

It is pretty good, yes. But keep in mind that in real games, there won't be so much heroes to use Sleight of Fist, and it only does half damage to creeps. Also, heroes will have not only HP, but armor as well.
Nonetheless, i've tested your build and it is devastating, just not so much as showed in the video.

i guess u are using the -wtf mode indd? cause the dash its not eternal and have cd xD

no iam not using the wtf mode, that spell has only 6 sec cooldown.
