Judge Surrick Received the Decision He Issued!
A fax copy of the decision from Judge Surrick was faxed to Mr. Berg from the Judges Chambers, pages 1-36, beginning at 18:09 Oct 24, its clearly notated by the receiving fax, starting at page 01/36. Page 36/36 is marked 18:16 Oct24. Whats interesting is at the bottom.

Ya well the godam Federal Court basicly threw the case out. And Berg is appealing it. Theres an Obama fan in there somewhere preventing this. Did you hear what the judge said about the case?

If Berg is correct and I believe that he is Oparh should be stuck with the bill and refund everyone's campaign contributions back. Poor Hilary how did you lose to an illegal alien. The case was filed on August 21, 2008. Obama has been dragging it on which enforces the claims. Not to mention all the documents/records related to Obama's school years have not been released either. It's kinda shady that he wants to hide everything.
