No comments in a long time on this. Very good score. I've looked all over youtube and I believe this is the 3rd highest score I've seen for single strokes. What kind of singles are you using: pump,heel-toe,swivel,downstroke (heels up, or down)?

Thanks. It's all downstroke but I use my own technique that is hard to describe. I turn my feet and slide my heel towards the top of the pedal and do the downstrokes with my feet in that position.
