Louisiana Lottery A Reason to Smile Commercial (Original Version)

This original version of "A Reason to Smile" featuring local artist Kim Smith aired in 2006. The spot, produced by Baton Rouge-based Cool Blue Pictures, was filmed on location at Lottery retailer Mid-City Mart. The scene where Kim Smith appears to be in a recording studio was actually filmed in the board room at Lottery headquarters. This spot features Ron Zapp, owner of Zapp's Potato Chips headquartered in Gramercy, along with several Lottery employees.
