An all time classic of the unsurpassable combination of Lata Mangeshkar and Salil Choudhury, the bengali song of the same tune - Na Jeyona Rajoni Ekhono Baki was recorded by the same combination after the hindi song.

Saanwala = dark complexioned, salona = attractive (especially of a dark complexion), Ghata chhana = heavy clouds to overspread (the sky). So, "whenever the sky gets overcast with beautiful dark clouds" .
So, there is really essentially no change except for "beautiful".
