Anyone knows that an emotional response to a horrendous attack like 9/11 is inescapable. Yea, it felt great to bomb Afghanistan and take out the Taliban, at least it felt great for a little while. "Mission Accomplished," remember? And then soldiers started dying fighting these terrorists. A rational person would have been angered, realized that it was not the time to jump into an ideological war because of that anger. Bush was not rational. Our freedom was never at risk. This war is hell.
