Cool vid. Always been fasinated by Liverpool. It's people, it's scene, it's fashion, it's views... Only downside of Liverpool: The people are to protective. You cannot say any sterotype jokes about scousers. The famous scouse sense of houmer deminishes instead replaced by a protective sense, that often can be seen as being sensitive.

Such a pity that the Liver Birds are so inaccessible, even when you can get to the promenade deck of the Liver Building. We couold do with one at ground level where we could all be amazed. Gerry Jones.

I totally disagree with you re Liverpool sense of humour. Most people who herald from this city are quite willing to laugh at themselves. However, people do get rather tired of the tedious, unoriginal, stereotypical 'all scousers are thieves' jokes. Not only have we heard them ALL before, the suggestion is completely unfounded. Have a look at the crime figures for cities such as London, Manchester, Birmingham etc. Liverpool is way down the list eg car crime, yet peple persist in the thief label.
