Love the video!! We use dandelion root to make a tea when someone has a urinary tract infection!! Works really well.

I make dandelion "coffee" (its really a tea!) out of roasted dandelion root. It has a taste similar to coffee but 'rooty' and is an herbal tonic to give you a perk without caffeine. I'll post a video sometime on that :)

Endive ? Is that the veg that you are thinking of ? So glad that it turned out so nice & not bitter or a turn-off. I would probably need a lot of honey in it too. I am a wimp !
