Inductive Full Metal Inductor Printed Coil

This is an inductive industrial sensor free of resonance with a ferritfree coil / inductor. The performance of the Inductive Phase Analyzing System (INPHAN) enables industrial partners to develop a low cost family of sensors. The INPHAN-System only needs less coil Q-Factor and enables the usage of printed coil. We detect a metal target within a distance or range of 20 mm through a winded inductor. The intelligent INPHAN system configuration allows 5 modi like maximum range, factor 1, K1, metal determination, fading out of paramagnetic metal and fading out of ferromagnetic metal. There is no cancellation of ambient magnetic fields. This is perfect for applications in automotive or industrial automation. Other safety or positioning applications are possible.
The included HALIOS-Standard ASIC allows low cost applications in mass production. PICOSENS is specialized in HALIOS Technology and its possible applications. We transfer our developed innovations or new technology as ideas or patents to industrial partners.
