@vivelavidarocka This show cost but that's ok - most concerts here do, with mediocre bands. It was in a fairly new arts place that's a converted convent. They played more of the new stuff. I know what you mean by the mainstream comment, my tastes are heading in the opposite direction but they're still based in sonic brilliance so as long as that remains...

@harpua7 Yeah, he has cut his hair. I just saw them on the picture of the Riverfront review. So he was there then. I didn't recognize him. There were maybe a good 1.000 ppl. It was a free show.... Yours also? maybe they're playing mostly songs of their last album. Shame, 'cause I think "Red Bloom of the Boom" was one of the best albums I've listened in a long time. I has great songs & they sound very good live. IMO they are going mainstream with the electronic stuff. Which is not bad neither.

@vivelavidarocka maybe you mean the guy on the bottom left is gone, because Philpot (the guy with long hair on the upper right) cut his hair.
Google "Riverfront Times Bear in Heaven" For a review of last night's show...

@vivelavidarocka I don't remember them playing Shining and Free...I also didn't see the dude on the bottom left unless he was somehow obscured from view. But it was a great show.

@harpua7 Really? Good. When I saw them here in NYC two weeks ago, he wasn't there. So I bet they played Shining and Free, a song they didn't play 'cause he wasn't there. Don't matter, I've seen the four of them before..... Good shit, ha?

@vivelavidarocka I saw the long hair dude playing with them last night.

Why the long hair dude left the band?
