Well, here it is. Over 3 weeks of hard work. Sometimes working into the wee hours of morning.

It presents a few themes and characters from my graphic novel at www.btcomics.com, "Ailevian" (ALE-vee-an). It is a word in my language (yes I am that nerdy), and I'm not telling you what it means.

I must apologize for the watermark, I had to convert the SWF myself using a freeware converter which added a watermark. A non-watermarked version will be added as soon as the Doink link works. In the meantime, here it is.


I've had a vision for this trailer ever since I heard the music that goes with it: Brood War Intro from Star Craft. If you hear the beginning of the song you may be puzzled as to why I chose it. But hear the whole thing through, please. It is very amazing.

I hope you all enjoy it! Thank you so much for viewing my work. And thank you Doink for providing the program that helped me bring my vision to life. I'd like to thank the Doink staff for duplicating this for me. They've really gotten on top of the job and I'm very thankful for their work and support.


*CHARACTERS*

Yo'ull see a few characters here that are in the novel. 4 major roles and 3 minor roles.

Indara is the red dragon. She is a big momma dragon and loves all of the humans.

Kaabel is a red-haired, laid-back farmer who is actually in a high-class family. For undisclosed reasons, he is a low-class worker.

Kaikuro is the main character and appears at the end of the animation. A masked enigma.

Tor is the blue dragon with the larry tooth.

Zairen is the creepy looking villan, and the main antagonist of the series.

Dogarr is Zairen's second-in-command, a green Venom Wyvern. Venom wyverns were fun to design- here is the original concept art: http://btcomics.com/Ailevian/Creature%20Concept/Wyvern.jpg I will get the front view of the jaw next, but they have a detachable jaw connected only by a flap of loose skin... their bottom fangs are venom-secreting.
