This was streaming video taken straight from the Fox News site.

Just imagine the mindset of the person who was assigned to edit out applause. Imagine your bosses at a TV network ordering you to edit out applause from cadets cheering Obama's speech. How can that person carry out such orders and sleep at night? Fox News is deliberately distorting the news because they KNOW they can get away with it. When is the FCC going to step in and demand Fox News drop "News" from its name?

Pretty poor alledged "editing" by Fox. IT would obviously cause question about the 12 seconds of silence. BUT an even POORER editing job is the one you did with this clip. Nice try. next time at least have the colors the same and the "silence and applause the same lenth of time EXACTLY.

@Octamed Well maybe so. But I'm sure the intentions were not geared to making Obama look crazy even though he is in my opinion. But that's just my opinion. Thing is this USA has become so social and by that I mean facebook, my space, youtube, texting. And it has become a pop culture so little things like that give people something to talk about. Verse back in the day it was not like that. But the world changes and we have to change with it! And I hate it but I have to :'(

@NerdForMIT The point is they're meant to be news. If they can get away with that they can make anyone appear how ever they want. You can edit any interview for instance to make the person seem crazy so easily.
