..and the fact that he comes from a country where people don't really respect women it shows he's made an amazing transformation but also.. proves that people can change.
I didn't like the context they placed this video in though :/ I was hoping to hear him talk about his views on children and nature. All he did was quote his grandfather which I have heard that quote already and it's great, because it's very true, in everything, but it's not what they said it was :/

Cesar is raising his sons in a respectful way and to even be respectful to Ilusion their mom. And Mother Nature too:)

I guess one of the things Cesar said about helping others and teaching his children to help others, I can relate to. My parents taught this value to me and I have strived to teach it to my children also. We grew up with animals in my family both working animals on a farm and domestic animals in the home. Having a healthy respect for them was important which I guess you could translate into not going against mother nature.

1. Exercise (body) means to have an healthy body,to practice an sport or something. Discipline (mind) means spiritual education and morality lessons,to develop a calmness state of mind,to be balance,fearless , humble...And affection means the reward,but only when you already have in equation Exercise and Discipline.
