Custom fabricated Trek Chromoly bike with a 36V brushless Etek motor. Top speed of 44mph. 40mph in this video.

Specs:

Motor- Briggs and Stratton Brushless Etek

Controller- Sevcon 24-36V Millipak PMAC, 250A boost for 10 sec, 100A continuous, regen braking

Batteries- B&B HR22 20 amp hour

Gearing- 12T motor sprocket, 48T on wheel (4:1)

Brakes- Front: Avid BB7 203mm BB7 disc Rear: Avid Cantilever

Range- about 20 miles, depending on load, grade, speed

The controller is set to 100Amps max, so it pulls up hills easily. I have a very steep hill going up to my house and it can carry 20mph up it unassisted.

How does this system work in detail and are you planning on making any how to videos for making a bicycle like this.Also if your interested i been searching for somebody who can give a good description of the whole design suc as parts,fabrication included,where to buy,geometery invoved,ect

in which I will pay a fee.There's one guy with a video on youtube called fastest ebike on the planet and he said he would charge 20 dollars for his pdf design but he hasn't gotten back to me.
