@XelhosTallyn I know this comment is old but I thought I'd respond anyway. I can paint much better with an airbrush than I can with a brush. The airbrush makes streak free and even paint cotaing possible for the crappy painters of the world like me. I encorage you to get a cheap airbrush and compressor and give airbrushing a try. I think that you will be pleasently surprised by the results after only a small amount of practice. Good luck!

In a way, I think HG kits are truly intended for the serious modelers. They require all this painting and sculpting effort to look good. Skilled people can get a blah kit and make it gorgeous.
Personally, I paint as well as most babies with a jar of Ragu, so I build MG and PG, they look quite presentable on a straight build. Call me weak-willed or impatient, but at least I don't inadvertently ruin my models.

Exactly Building gundams is a hobby that alot of people share , It's what they like to do .. It's Quite cool to see a Japanese mecha in 3D and then get the chance to build it / Color it so spambots go spam somewhere else
