hollywood (jonas brothers love story) chapter 8 part 1

recap: so allison is running from her abusive ex boyfriend, kevin is helping her.
nick&jen are better then ever. they said i love you, yaya!! =]
lex&joe were fighting but now they are good and they are asleep on lex's bed. (nothing happened, they just fell asleep)

---lex's house; joe and lex are asleep---
[joe wakes up to his phone ringing, he tries to be quiet so he does not wake up lex]
joe: hello?
nick: hey, where are you? i am at the house and you arent
joe: oh, i am at lex's
nick: oh ok, what are you guys doing?
joe: well i was sleeping until you woke me up
nick: oh sorry, where is lex
joe: sleeping still. i came over here cause rachel came by and then me and lex got in an argument, but we are good now.
nick: how did you get in and argument?
joe: long story, dont want to explain it right now [yawns]
nick: ok well we are having issues w/ allison, and we are all going to go out tonight so be back here around 6
joe: alright, whats wrong with allison
nick: her abusive ex-boyfriend is out of jail and heard she was w/ kevin and now he said that if she doesnt dump him that he will hurt her & kevin
joe: oh my, is she ok? where is she? where is kevin?
nick: they are all fine, they are here and we are safe but we are going to hang out tonight and then she is going to stay over at lex and jen's house just to be safe, cause her parents are out of town.
joe: ok, well if you guys need anything let me know, and we will be home around 6
nick: alright, bye.
joe: bye
[joe hangs up the phone and brushes the hair out of lex's eye and accidently wakes her up]
joe: sorry lex, didnt mean to wake you up.
lex: its fine. how long have you been up?
joe: like 2 minutes, nick called and woke me up.
lex: oh ok, is everything ok?
joe: yeah, they are fine, but we have to be back at the house around 6 cause me, you, jen, nick, kevin, and allison are all going to go out and then allison is allison is staying the night here tonight.
lex: oh, does that mean you are asking me on a date? [laughs]
joe: [laughs] yes, lex would you like to go out with me and other people tonight? [laughs]
lex: i would love to. [she kisses him][then she lays her head back down]
lex: i can hear your heart beat
joe: really?
lex: yeah, it is going fast to. how come? do you feel ok?
joe: yeah, i am fine. i guess it is just because i am with you. [smiles, running his fingers through her hair]
lex: do i make you nervous or scared
joe: no, i think just really happy
lex: you make me happy too. is might heart beating fast [takes his hand and puts it over her heart]
joe: yeah.
lex: that means i am happy too [smiles]
[he leans over and kisses her]
lex: well go downstairs and i will change so we can go back to your house
joe: no, i want to stay here for a little bit longer
lex: ok, how come?
joe: i just want to be with you, not everyone else

lex: awh, sounds good to me.

[the doorbell rings lex runs down and gets it joe follows her]

jess: hey lex, how are you!!

lex: JESS! [hugs her]

lex: oh my god, how are you? i've missed you!!

jess: i am good, i know i have missed you too!

[joe comes out from behind the door]

jess: oh my, you are joe jonas!

joe: yeah, i am [smiles at lex]

lex: yeah, joe this is jess an old friend of mine, jess this is joe my boyfriend [smiles really big]

joe: yeah.

jess: wow,wait, you two are dating, like together.

joe: well yeah, how do you date someone if you are not together

lex: i think she is just shocked because i am dating joe jonas.

joe: ohhh i see.

jess: yeah sorry, that is just so cool. i am way jelous.

lex&joe laugh

lex: so what are you doing here

jess: well i actually was coming by to see if you wanted these miley cyrus concert tickets cause i dont really want to go and i thought maybe you and jen would want to go.

lex: awh, that is really nice, but i a going to be with joe and nick and kevin and allison and jen tonight. so i cant really do anything.

joe: yeah, that was really nice [laughs]

jess: oh ok. well if you want to like hang out sometime lex, call me!! i have missed you a lot!!

lex: hey, well why dont you come out with all of us tonight? if you arent doing anything.

jess: no, i cant do that, i will be like the third wheel.

joe: no, i acn have a friend of mine come, how old are you?

jess: 18

joe: well he is 19 but is that ok?

jess: yeah, thats fine. haha. is he nice?

joe: yeah he is really cool, his name is ____

[COMMENT AND TELL ME WHAT IS NAME SHOULD BE! AND WHAT HE SHOULD LOOK LIKE]

jess: yeah deffinatly, do you think he wil be okay with that?

joe: yeah, he will be cool.

jess: okay, so what are we going to do?

lex: uhm, i dont know but just be back here at my house by 5:30 and then me you nad joe can head over to his house and we will all leavce from there.
