Dude... ur right i was a checker for Xmas.... and it was hell we had over 400 people in line they tore up the entire store. not only that but MOST OF THEM HAD THE AUDACITY to say "Huh. you guys should have had more people working, these lines are ridiculous. "Of course i cant snap at them. But i wanted to say.. Well gee, why dont you go to their house. pull em away from their families so they can come here and serve you? Nevermind the fact that its a optional work day lets just focus on you! lol

So, I get so mad I yell "No! You were on the Phone! I told you the price and I've already run your card through. You handle this at custumer service!" The next customer has this huge grin on his face and says to me, "Man, what a douche bag."

Hey, great video man. I'm at safeway so I totally can relate. I'm really getting fed up with these assholes though and am having trouble taking it with a smile. Maybe 95% of customers are good, but that 5% make me mad as hell! A few days ago I was checking and this customer was yacking on the phone of course, then I finish, tell him the price, and swipe his card. He gets off his phone and says "No, that's wrong! Run it again!"
