@tommyle63 Just plug it in the wall! Seriously we can use the Japanese power adapters just fine the difference from 100 volt and 115 volt is nothing to worry about.

So i have my famicom plugged in right but the picture isnt showing up? what am i doing wrong? does it have to be on a certin channel?

@mojo483 Yes if you're using RF (not the AV cables) you need to have a TV that goes to ch 95 or 96 instead.

I don't know where you heard that "pretty much everyone in Japan speaks English"? My wife is Japanese & I have lived there & let me tell you categorically that hardly anyone speaks English in Japan, Advertisers & clothes manufacturers ETC like to use random English words & phrases that often make little or no sense on item, as to them it looks cool,But honestly the statement "pretty much everyone in Japan speaks English" is mistaken, I am not hatin on ya , I am just correcting a point, :-)

@paulspydar Yeah since this video I've been corrected a few times. I don't know why I assumed that just because all these games have english words in them.
