G-mark opposed twin 0.122 RC Engine 2cc, test run.

I just brought the motor, in (almost)new condision.
This is the first run.
I think it one of the smallest production twin engine made.
Its built in 1979.

What a wonderful little motor you have here. You should, if you haven't already, build a 1/2A plane to fly it with. It seems to run quite well.

@pcblah This engine doesn't have a magneto. It is a glow engine, and the wires are the glow heat. The glow plugs have small filaments inside them, and when you apply 1.5 volts across the plug the filaments glow red hot. This lets you start the engine. Once the engine is running, residual combustion heat and an exothermic reaction between platinum in the plug coils and the methanol in the fuel keeps the plugs lit, so you can remove the electrical supply..

I have the 30 twin and the 30 radial what fuel do you use not sure what oil content to use and what oil yours looks like it is pretty well set up.

there is an SH thats 4.8 cc that makes 4 stock and 5 power modded. lol they can really crank em out.
