I just spent 2000 fixing up my '96. (BMW braided-brake lines, full rebuild of both brakes systems, v-belt, various bits on the engine, tires, pads, front brake master cylinder % lever .. other bits .. I could have bought a mint '98 for 3,300 but I like breathing life into my old horse. I also love to hear that clunk from 2nd to 1st when you reach the lights and stop. I usually just slow to a stop in 2nd and click up to neutral. Thanks for the vid, I really enjoyed it.

@OneFifthNative That clunk you mentioned. Was wonderful. Just hearing it over the engine and feeling it when you shift that thing is wonderful. When I first rode it I thought it was broken. But Quickly found out thats just how they are with their Dry Clutches. Noisy as fuck, But wouldent have it any other way.

@HenryL161947 Good. best Sport Touring bike ever. I unfortunitally got rid of mine after a repair bill was higher then the worth of the bike (ABS Module went out, around 4K to fix)

@HenryL161947 Was a while ago, but If I recall it was around 125 ish max in the video for a short sprint. I normally ride 60-100 range. Not too fast.
