I have been a part time carver. Since retired this last year has given me the chance to read and watch these helpful videos. I have the Foredom TX 5400 wood carving kit. Seeing many workshops gives me ideas how to better plan mine. I love your's the best. It looks like you might have the motor unit attached on a heavy duty chain to an overhead beam. That is so cool if it is, because everything is right in front of you ready to go. Also love your demonstration on the mask.Getting energized.....

Hey, good luck on your retirement. I retired several years ago and carving has got me energized. I am meeting a lot of great folks. I have the foredom attached by a wire to a small flat board and a 1/2" dowel is connected to the other end. I drilled the bench to fit the other end of the dowel. I can swing it in and out conveniently when I need to.
