All guitars are recorded with a microphone Shure SM57 and an Edirol FA-66 audio soundcard.
For acoustic guitar Admira Western model, I've used E standard tuning with 12-54 Martin strings Light gauge. For Gibson SG Special Faded, I've used E standard tuning with 10-46 strings Regular Light gauge. Electric guitar was plugged into a RAT overdrive pedal and into a Fender Blues Deluxe powered by a Jensen P12-N speaker. Thanks for watching!

  • Yeah this guitar sounds good... but it is difficult to play with, the action is very high!!! it doesn't like the ages! It is a rare guitar from Spain, ADMIRA makes Spanish Guitar for Flamenco but I think it was their only model of Western guitar. I bought it in a flea market for some €uros. I prefer the sound (and playing) of my MARTIN but I like the sound of this guitar too.

  • Cool stuff. That 57 sounds surprisingly nice on your acoustic. Sort of wish the electric was louder. But great job.

  • Thanks!

Yes, this is a choice to have the sound of the SG far away, moreover using RAT overdrive pedal gives more loud to the tone.

  • Wow, awesome stuff! really enjoyed listening to this, brilliant. I think it was a great idea to let the electric guitar stay in the background. keep it up!
