OMG..BRILLIANT! All us girls that work for all MAjor brands in Wisconsin watched at the counter and LOFAO!!! Unbelievable how universal the customer is around the world!!! Should we laugh at this or cry because you are DEAD ON and we have to deal with it EVERY DAY~ALL DAY LONG!!! Have mercy on us people! Jeeeezz!

Love it!! Customers are exactly the same in London!! You just left out " I looking for ice cream" (eye cream) and "I'm VERY VERY sensitive"

Well done!!! I've been in the industry for years in Canada, representing most of the prestige brands Some days you want to shoot your head off...or put an electric fence around the counter with a switch you could zap them with.... ha ha ha ha...you forgot the Shiseido customer "Do you have Bona?"
