Was Spielberg actually in Weirton, WV?

WeirtonToday com reported that Abrams paid the city of Weirton a HUGE amount of money for the WEEKS and WEEKS of filming they allowed him to do there. I don't remember how much, but it was OVER a million. The kicker is that NOBODY has questioned city officials about where that money went. Meanwhile, WeirtonToday com also reported that Mayor Mark Harris has taken HIS portion and MOVED to S.C. and opened a spa! Weirton's leaders lined their pockets, and the city is STILL falling apart.

Ha, I live in Weirton. It was crazy when you drove around and you see a lot of people just walking around. My friends house was used in some scenes, too. It sucks I live in a more remote part of Weirton

Hey I was there on that film shoot on Orchard Street..I was walking around down there. Im a Weirton native myself.
