I also started a program called "The Healing Codes" a free program online-just buy the book by Dr. Alex Lloyd. In 3 months his friend with incurable (?) ALS was healed once his immune system was given the chance to do its job. Stress is what keeps us ill and it can be dealt with if you committ to doing simple exercises that change the hidden beliefs that keep that cortisol always too high. Bruce Lipton-a physics prof. has videos on here also explaining this concept.

Vitamin D has so many receptor sites in the body that you must know that based on all the research being done now that it would be something to consider in Lyme Disease. I stayed out of the sun for many years as it always activated all my herpes viruses.What happened was that my vit.OH1,25D level was 6nano. This is so low and I had low thyroid and high blood pressure.What many people do not know is that unless you add K7 and stop all unfermented soy products the D3 can't be used in cells

Lowering D will lower glutathione which can cause Herx reactions even in people without Lyme infection. If you have any heavy metals or other toxins in your body, low glutathione will cause Herx reactions.
Sun exposure stimulates the immune system which can cause herx reactions.
