Good question. I'd like to know what standards these stages are held to. And because people lost their lives, it's a great concern to have. People who wouldn't have a question to these stages standards, may not care much about their own safety. As a concert lover I think this was an excellent question. I also like the way it was presented and the fact that someone would want to query and try to be proactive in light of the loss of life. Good for you.

You have not seen this in person and are relating off of a cell phone video 2. the fact that the structure came down in the wind is does not intrinsically support theory that it fell bcause of being top heavy 3. If you truly studied architecture, you will note that not every building follows conventional standards
