SPECIAL THANKS TO STILT CIRCUS!

Camping makes everything taste better! So do people on stilts and eating by a babbling creek.

Soy chorizo tacos with black beans, avocado, cilantro and lime. So easy, so yummy, and filling enough to keep you going while you're enjoying all that Mother Nature has to offer your soul.

Full recipe is at www.aartilla.blogspot.com

  • Hi, I just like to ask u one question. Being a Indian how could u easily adopt to western culture n food ? Is it hard to adopt or easy ? How abt food?

  • Damn hippies...

  • when i make soyrizo i like to add olive oil to make it seem more realistic. i am not a vegetarian so non-greasy chorizo isnt as appealing as mouth water pig snout, ears, tails, etc! yummy pig snout where would my belly be without it?! tomatos and onion are delicious in chorizo and the cilantro sounds good but if i was camping with you i would recommend you cook the beans on the side. oh man, the radishes are a nice touch.

  • i love her

  • Did you know you can cut your avocado while it's still in the skin? Cut it one way, and then the other, then run a spoon in between the avocado and the skin and voila! Diced avocado! I saw you do it on the cutting board in one episode so I thought I'd share. : )

  • Hi, Aarti, it's a pleasure to see your show here on Youtube. I see you have no problem with the camera when it's on your own terms. I've been rooting for you on NFNS, but Food Network is probably a pain in the butt to work for! Anyhow, thanks for the vegetarian recipe, and I also liked your roast cauliflower recipe and want to try it. Keep rocking, and by the way you've got a lovely accent.

  • lol i am chorrizo tacos??? nice videos by the way.
