IC&E 6457 West (Canadian Pacific 589) on 1-21-2012

A mostly blue power lashup leads a short "589" train west approaching Genoa, Illinois. The train peeks over a distant rise after leaving New Lebanon behind.

If you listen closely, you can hear the power come back after the engine tops the rise and starts to move downgrade.

Full frame, then a transition to Picture in Picture for the approach clips. I often times make these videos longer than they have to be in order to show the distant approach over the "hill." You can jump to the close in part here 1:15 if you wish.
