MC2 STEM High School is a project-based STEM school intent on preparing students for college and successful careers in STEM fields. Students are engaged in a dynamic, rigorous curriculum and project-based learning environment that will prepare them for the 21st century global economy.

Students at MC2 STEM High School speak with Amee Godwin, of ISKME and CompletionMatters.org about their interests in project-based, hands-on learning while visiting their classrooms and mobile Fab Lab at the school in East Cleveland, OH. Using a Fab Lab, originally developed at MIT, students apply principles of design and engineering, creativity and hands-on problem-solving, that they can leverage across subjects.

CompletionMatters.org (www.completionmatters.org), a project of ISKME, is a comprehensive, publicly accessible commons that provides information, tools, and other resources on how to best enable students, educators and policymakers to increase the number of students who earn postsecondary certificates and degrees.
