Hi,

It's a 58N, I'm the new owner of the car since the end of 2010 and the car is now registraded in Belgium.

I'm working on a second '58 cadillac(original with air suspention) and a have also a '66 convertible.

The Cadi '58 is a great car to drive.

Is this really a "Sedan de ville" i think it´s just an "de ville"?

58L(123456) is the chassie number, the letter "L" is the Sedan de ville!

As far as i remember... Sedan de Ville had slightly longer rear deck than regular "Series 62" Sedan, adding the overall length to 225 inches. Still, the regular one was available as the extended deck version as well - the small difference being just the lack of wider side chrome that de Ville had. This actual car looks like "Extended Deck Series 62 Sedan" instead of "Sedan De Ville". All other Sedan de Ville standard equipment (such as power windows+ seat) were on the orer list. Beautiful car.

@bornluckyseven there was 2 versions of the deVille, this extended deck (longer wheelbase with the larger trunk) and a shorter deck/slightly shorter wheelbase.... The extended deck model rode the same wheelbase as the Sixty-Special Fleetwood
