@abcd09618 well to take that view then yes it is, personally, I don't feel that this is hunting, in terms of giving the animal a fair chance of escape, much like hunting in a fenced put and take game reserve, there seems to me to be less skill and pitting wild wits against human wits and guile

I'm hunter from Poland, but i must say i feel sad when i watch this video. Perhaps because i know what happened lynx in Poland in 90's.

it does not matter even if you tree the animal it is still hunting. Everything that is about pursuing any living thing is hunting....
