@gbrown6283 Thank you for what you do! Its good to know that there are people out there that will protect me and my fallen brothers against those who protest what we do knowing we have no say so. We get out orders and follow them. Im a SSgt in the Marine Corps and I am proud to know my deeds are worth something to someone. Semper Fidelis OORAH!

I am the Sr. Ride captain for the south Alabama Patriot Guard Riders. Today we escorted the funeral of L.Cpl. Travis Nelson USMC who was killed August 18th in the sandbox. The Marine Chaplain showed this video at the funeral and it was amazing.
Thank you to all of our young soldiers who keep us safe.
And for L.Cpl. Travis Nelson....
Rest in Peace Marine.!!!!

Just enlisted today in the delayed entry program and took my Oath, I leave for Boot June 18th 2012 about 2 or 3 weeks after I graduate. I am pumped to serve God and Country with Honor, I've been waiting since the age of 4 or 5. Time to do my part and purpose, Oorah!! God Bless and remember my fellow future comrades, SEMPER FI.

Semper Fi. Major once again this song represents the reason why so many of us joined the marine corps. We did not do it for the glory, but we did it to make sure that our kids and their kids have this great country around. I love my country and my Corps and I would do anything to join my fellow marines out on the battlefield but I am told I am to old so all I can do is say Carry on and Semper Fi!
