oops I was wrong RE ORC takes places prier to RE 2 and 3 but before 4

it's cool but it's not RE6 for RE6 takes place quite a time after RE2, 3, and 4. RE PRC is a what if situation. it's a what if Umbrella Corp successfully killed off every main character that was there at Raccoon City during RE2 and 3
