WHATS UR CGI SOFTWARE AND IS IT CHEAP
-
Where can you learn this stuff? As in, online tutotials or whatever.
-
Aesome!!
-
how did you get the droids in there
-
sweet droidz!
-
The only problem was the music. Ive seen a ka-jillion star wars short films that have way to intense music at the begging of duel. If you look at any of the light saber duels in the moives it starts off with out music. Then he works its way up into a intense battle full of music.

Yes, online tutes, books, watching Star Wars one frame at a time. The best book I have is "The DV Rebel's Guide by Stu Maschwitz" - Get it!

cijnsports,
I took a photo of our back yard, put it in the background of Lightwave 3D, rendered the driods on top, with a matt for shadows, brought it into After FX with the photo on top to create the matt for the driods to walk behind the climbing frame.

Tutorial for the space scene and the droids??? PLZ!
eppy14 4 years ago
hmm, take to much space to talk about it in detail here. Very quickly, the space scene's and droids are rendered with Lighwave 3D and composited with After FX. If you have LW 3D I can send you a tute on the droids setup I used.

I used LightWave 3d and After effects for fx's, and VT edit (Newtek VT4 system)for editing.
