Ironic. I was talking to my wife about the aldulteress from the gospel of John just today. Was trying to cheer her up with a story of our fathers forgivness.. Sigh.. Its a daunting task uprooting such a deep seed of deception. Praise him for delivering me from the false teachers.

And yes, He is eager to forgive us but we have to turn from our transgressions.

People want to be forgiven without the repentance and it does not work this way.

It is the broken and contrite heart that desires His righteousness that He seeks to be in His family.

There wouldn't be so many prisons if we just did as God commanded. Alot of people break the law with no care that they will go to prison. Crime rates would go down and peoples attitudes would improve if wickedness wasnt glorified cause executing those who glorify wickedness wouldnt look so appealing no more. Sad fact is, things r just gonna get worse & wickedness will overshadow rightiousness cause the world cares more about themselves & worldly things than they do God, even so called believers
