no, that was someone who helped out behind the scenes. Harvey is dead however- overdosed on heroin 5 years after Phoenix.

@SpectroAtlanta Michael Parker. River's character was based on him. Originally he was supposed to star in the movie, but ended up having more of a bit part.

Hee, River keeps pressing down his second toe with his big toe. I seriously think he might have had ADD - whenever you see candid footage of him, the guy can't stop moving. Plus I read that he finished other people's sentences a lot and drove them nuts. :)

I love how River could wear these semi-sloppy thrift store type outfits and still look incredibly gorgeous...
