Dal lake the water garden in Kashmir

Dal lake in Srinagar in Kashmir ! Lots of Indian tourists and honeymooners converge here , Not many western tourists get here thus days Thu ! For 400 rps I got a small cramped room with attached bathroom with a bucket of hot water in the mornings and unlimited Kashmir green tea and 3 simple meals a day with the family and they even gave me a free 2 hrs gondola ride on the lake ! The lake is a dieing one, being taken over by seaweed and locals are busy cleaning the lake from seaweed and other junk !
