how did you do that?! cause i cannot for the life of me get the settings right...

I don't know if it's the same in Corel 12 as it is in 11, but after editing the video, just go to:
Share > Create Video File > HDV > 720p - 30p (for PC)
Otherwise, if using any other video software, when you save, make sure the dimensions are 1280x720, video bitrate is at least 5mbps (or 5000kbps), and audio at least 256kbps. That should import to youtube as HD.

Looking good! Liked the shot of your All-Stars. I want to upload a vid in HD too but fucking iMovie won't export in 720p. :(
