I takes talent and experience to be a CUSTOM exhaust bender, You think some bend cards will make a differance. BS. I have 12 yrs on a HUTH bender, bend cards....... what bend cards. Not needes

A mandrel costs $150K+ just for the machine and a few pieces of tooling, so unless you have $2000-$3000 for CUSTOM exhaust, then be quiet.

you call those crushed bends performance enhancing????i thought you would have used mandrel bends?

I now see this is a 1975 Caprice. While I could bend custom tailpipes, in this case I would have used either bend cards for a 74 impala, which could have had duals, or use the card for a 75 and mirror bend the left tailpipe.

I used welding rods to mock up bends, then transferred them to pipe. Also, this appears to be a later model car, why not buy bend cards available from Huth?
