Easier way to do it. JUST USE THE BRUSH TOOL SET ON COLOR AND BRUSH OVER THE HAIR AND IT CHANGES THE COLOR!

I put a new layer, but I didn't know what foreground?
Cause my image wasn't a cut out....

CUT OUT/BODY SNATCHING LAYER BIMBO, delete the main "Background layer 0"
u can keep making various/different COLOR schemes of the same project pic, without useless layers getting in the way
Saturate/Hue is a hot tool kit for speedy colorful creations
