To solve the problem for now, I'd advice him to get a HighPressureAir System (HPA), You just need to modify the mags valve a bit so you can pin on the flexible tube. I think it dosnt annoys that much on a sniperrifle. Its power is also more stable, so the shotpower is equal every time.

This also happens if you put the magazine in incorrectly but yeah the WE valve and its seals are not the best, tough I did find charging the magazine for 1 second with green gas is helpful for storage. Since I done that I didn't have any leakage(also I switched the valve on 2 of my mags(out of 4) to stronger ones).

On the other hand I left 2 of my KWA USP mags dry for months and they still didn't leak.
