You should lower it to 10fps, and make sure you take the images for at least 2 hours.
And remember to use AudioSwap to add a nice musical touch to your video, as mentioned in the PhoneReport article.

Thanks mate. Was the first try of timelapse using my Nokia. How often would you recomment a picture being taken for a sun set? I had it every 2 minutes for 30 minutes on this one.
