@CrazyNinjaness Actually, I have no idea myself. It came with a mod for Oblivion called "Tears of the Fiend - Butcher of Armindale" ( or perhaps it was "Tears of the Fiend - The Legacy. It had two parts, so I'm not sure which. ) If they have taken it from somewhere else or if they made it, I don't know.
