Also to note that since this NPC is belligerent. Getting completely naked to speak to him is about the only thing you can do, though that won't accomplish much either. I speculate that this guy was placed nearby Seyda Neen for a reason. To help n00bs start their journey with a free weapon, robe, hat, and some nice scrolls. Sell whatever or keep this new gear. That is the purpose of this Bosmer (Wood Elf) fool.
